Personalised Orders & Refund Policy

All of our items are made to order and personalised specifically for you.
For this reason, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items.
However, if there is an error with your order that is our responsibility (for example, a manufacturing fault or incorrect personalisation that does not match your order details), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
